What was popular in June? Would it shock you to know that my most popular post by far this month was the review on the Hoffacino? It’s second all-time to my post on Upgrading to Snow Leopard. So if any other prominent information security pros want to have me try and review their crazy Starbucks creations, bring it on!

- Pwn3d by the Hoffacino. As @Beaker says, another one bites the dust. I did it. I rode the carmel colored, caffeine loaded pony known as the Hoffacino. Who says living life through chemical stimulants isn’t fun? This was BY FAR the most popular post.
- Why ISAs are Good for QSAs. This post from last month is still holding strong moving into the number two spot this mont. Some QSAs are uneasy with the ISA program, and see it as a negative for themselves and the industry. I disagree and show you why. MasterCard’s latest iteration of merchant requirements makes this more relevant, stay tuned next week to learn why.
- Ask the Question. How many times have you kept your mouth shut because you didn’t want to ask what you perceived as a dumb question? Chances are, if the room is big enough, you are not the only person in the room with that same question. Ask it!
- PCI SSC Launches Internal Security Assessor Program. Another post from May that is still around. See my thoughts on item two in this list.
- On Scope Shrinkage in PCI DSS. Two posts on the leader board from last month? Wow, May must have been a good month for me! Here’s a guest post by the noted PCI DSS and SIEM expert and co-author of the book, Anton Chuvakin! Anton gives his thoughts on shrinking the impact (scope) of PCI DSS.
